Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate in Missouri to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding.

You will train teammates, engage customers, and help ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily store operations. The role requires 18+ years, physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, and reliable transport. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience or related retail experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience leading and training others.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
