Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires. You will engage with store teams and customers, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using a smartphone or tablet to record shifts.

The role requires 1-2 years merchandising experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
