Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Colorado Springs. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required as training is provided; opportunities for growth and additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to store location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
