Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to help shape shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

Applicants should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience with a strong customer-service orientation. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.
