Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Kalispell, MT to build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory. You will support store leadership with scheduling, reporting, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service at the point of sale.

No prior experience required; training provided. 18+; lifting up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation; growth opportunities available within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with using a smartphone/tablet to record shifts.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
