Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support in-store initiatives with our retail partners. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help optimize inventory while collaborating with store teams.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training, and no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
