Candidates should have reliable transportation, strong communication, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. The role features a competitive hourly wage of USD 18.00 and a flexible schedule with some evenings or weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation to travel 30–60 miles.
• Effective communication with customers and team.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising tasks: planograms, resets, display setups, audits, shelf stocking, retagging, and product rotation.
• Ensure store appearance and displays align with planograms.
• Report daily hours via online portal.
• Maintain retailer online certifications as necessary.
• Photograph finished assignments and report to District Manager.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedules; some evenings/weekends and flexible schedules.
