Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service in Johnson City, TN. The role involves performing reset and remodel work, following planograms, and coordinating with store staff to ensure accurate merchandising and placement of products.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of planogram experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. This full-time, on-site position offers benefits and opportunities to contribute to nationwide retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience reading plan-o-grams and retail reset work preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations and maintain professional appearance.
• Access to a computer with internet, email and printing capabilities.
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices for work.
• Able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset/remodel projects.
• Move shelves, install racks/fixtures, display merchandise, and check planograms.
• Collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain relationships.
• Report observations and issues to Mandate Senior Area Manager or Area Manager.
• Use web-based apps to manage schedules, assignments and documentation.
• Prepare and manage documentation for assigned work efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to unsafe conditions.
