Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Missoula, MT is seeking a friendly in-store merchandising associate to help retailers deliver engaging shopping experiences. You will build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with onboarding new hires, training and coaching teammates, and ensuring safety in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior experience required; training is provided to help you succeed.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
