Responsibilities

• Merchandise all Hasbro product categories according to plans and standards.
• Transport products from stockroom to shelves, ensuring proper placement and labeling.
• Set up monthly features to enhance visibility and sales.
• Engage with store managers to identify sales opportunities and expand product placement.
• Complete store surveys and provide feedback on store conditions and merchandising efforts.
• Capture and submit high-quality photos of product displays and placements.
• Assist in training new merchandisers to uphold Hasbro standards.

Qualifications

• Availability for daytime, weekday, and occasional weekend hours.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Preferred experience in retail merchandising but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.
• Technologically savvy with devices like iPads, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Reside within the assigned territory.

Details

Position is part-time (10-25 hours/week) covering retail stores in Raleigh, Holly Springs, Cary, Fuquay Varina, and Garner, NC.

Compensation

• Starting at $16.00/hour
• Up to $25.00/hour depending on experience and performance
