We are looking for motivated retail enthusiasts for a flexible, part-time Retail Merchandiser position. Help us create engaging in-store experiences, interact with shoppers and staff, and showcase Hasbro brands.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise all Hasbro product categories according to plans and standards.
• Transport products from stockroom to shelves, ensuring proper stock levels and planogram compliance.
• Set up monthly features to boost product visibility.
• Engage with store managers to identify sales opportunities and expand product placements.
• Complete store surveys and provide feedback on merchandising conditions.
• Capture and submit high-quality photos of product placements and displays.
• Assist in training new merchandisers to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Availability for daytime, weekday, and occasional weekend hours.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and tech-savviness (smartphones, tablets, Microsoft Office).
• Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a good driving record.
• Reside within the assigned territory.

Compensation

• Starting at $16.00/hour
• Up to $25.00/hour

Additional Information

This part-time role covers Miami, Hialeah, Miami Gardens, North Miami Beach, Miramar, and Pembroke Pines areas. The position is entry-level, full-time, within the Marketing and Sales industry, and manufacturing sector.
