A leading company is seeking part-time Retail Merchandisers to manage inventory and engage with retailers. This physically demanding role involves organizing Hallmark products and requires strong organization and communication skills. As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll have the opportunity to work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, your ability to establish retailer relationships, while being the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed. On occasion, you may have the opportunity to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service.
You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position includes three main components:
This job is physically demanding, requiring high energy and urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You must be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
Part-time employees working less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and preventive care coverage.
