Position Details

This is a part-time role (15-25 hours/week) covering retail stores in Fort Worth, Benbrook, Burleson, and Crowley, TX areas.

Responsibilities

1. Merchandising Execution: Merchandise all Hasbro product categories according to plans and standards.
2. Stock Management: Move products from stockroom to shelves, ensure proper placement and labeling.
3. Monthly Features: Set up monthly displays to boost visibility and sales.
4. Store Engagement: Communicate with store managers to identify sales opportunities.
5. Survey & Feedback: Complete store surveys, provide feedback on conditions and challenges.
6. In-Store Photos: Capture high-quality images of displays and placements.
7. Training & Mentorship: Assist in training new merchandisers.

Qualifications

• Availability for daytime, weekday hours, and occasional weekends.
• Minimum age 18.
• Retail merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders, stand, and bend.
• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Proficiency with tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable internet, personal computer, and smartphone required.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation, proof of insurance, and good driving record.
• Reside within the assigned territory.

Compensation

• Starting at $16.00/hour
• Up to $25.00/hour
