Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service.

Salary and Schedule Details

• Starting pay: $16.50 - $17.00, depending on schedule and location.
• Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours: 10 - 14 hours.
• Availability around major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory using a mobile device; communicate with supervisors; interact professionally with store staff and customers.
2. Holiday support: Support seasonal demands during holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on holidays and weekends.
3. Department Resets: Assist with installations, fixture building, relocating departments, and resetting sections, often with two weeks' notice, possibly including evenings or weekends.
4. One Team Vision: Support other team members across territories as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role requires high energy, including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and physical activities like kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using ladders.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to operate a digital device and access Wi-Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to scheduled stores.
