Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service.

Salary and Schedule Details

• Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.20, depending on schedule and location.
• This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Weekly hours are between 7-11 hours.
• Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

1. Day-to-day engagement: Restock, organize, and monitor inventory using a mobile device, communicate with supervisors, and interact professionally with store staff and customers. Responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
2. Holiday support: Support seasonal demand during holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, including working on holidays and weekends as needed.
3. Department Resets: Participate in installations, fixture building, department relocations, and resets, often with two weeks' notice, which may include evenings or weekends.
4. One Team Vision: Support other team members across territories as part of Hallmark's field organization.

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding, requiring high energy and urgency. You must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and perform tasks such as kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders.
