Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks an in-store merchandising team member to build displays, rotate products, and verify shelves are stocked to optimize sales. You will interact with customers and store management in a welcoming, energetic style.

Ideal for motivated individuals 18+, with strong customer service and teamwork. Training is provided, and additional hours may be available. This is an on-site role in a retail environment with safety-focused duties.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Physically capable: move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
