Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an energetic team member to perform in-store merchandising support for Retail Odyssey. You will build displays, rotate stock, and ensure shelves are stocked to meet shopper needs, while delivering excellent service to customers and store teams.

This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and collaborating with colleagues to drive sales. Training is provided, with opportunities for additional hours and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
