MERCHANDISERS NEEDED- 1099- Independent Contractors

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GREAT PEOPLE TO JOIN OUR TEAM- people like YOU!

This is NOT full-time and is NOT part-time. It is project-based work.

Strategic Retail Solutions is gearing up for a busy 2025 season and we are on the hunt for field reps who enjoy merchandising. We are looking for well-rounded merchandisers who have experience in all phases of merchandising, to include but not limited to, audits, resets (both shelf and pegboard work), pull & plugs, POP/POS placement and planogram implementation and maintenance. A willingness to work alone or as a team based on client needs is a must. Friendly, outgoing with the ability to build strong store relationships.

If hired, you will be expected to complete all the work offered in your area and be willing to work as a 1099- independent contractor. (please look up what a 1099 independent contractor is before applying). PAY RATES VARY BY CLIENT CONTRACT- $14.00- $17.00 PER HOUR

Qualifications

1. Must have an Android or iPhone
2. Must know how to access Google via your phone
3. Must be dependable with a verifiable track record of showing up, implementing client directives and completing the work on time.
4. Planograms: 1 year- You must understand how to read and implement planograms.
5. Merchandising: 1 year
6. Resets: 1 year
7. Speak and read English
8. Must have access to the internet
9. Must have access to a printer when needed
10. Must have reliable transportation
11. Valid, NON-expired Driver's License required
12. Transport supplies as needed (POP/ POS signage)
13. Able to travel within the assigned region (up to 20 miles). Also looking for reps who can travel outside the area.

Physical Demands:

1. Bending, squatting, kneeling, extending arms upward and downward and standing for long periods at a time
2. Lifting and/or transporting boxes up to 25 lbs.

4. Read, understand and follow instructions
