Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, and rotating shelves to optimize product visibility and sales. This role also helps with inventory tracking and supports leadership in reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

You should be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable using mobile devices to record shift activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience or related field.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Comfort with using smartphones/tablets for work records.
• Self-starter with action-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves, rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
