Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to effectively service customers by maintaining stock, proper displays, and rotation at large retailers. The role also supports the Merchandising Manager with training and coverage on off days.

Ideal candidates bring proven merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and a valid US driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Travel up to 10% and permanent, benefits-eligible employment are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid US Driver's License.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• The Merchandiser Lead services all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner by ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation at large format retailers.
• Supports the Merchandising Manager with training and off day coverage.
