Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising assistant in Tooele, UT to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs.

You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales. You’ll support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding of new hires, with training provided. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience required or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Ability to train and lead teammates and collaborate with management.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to meet shopper needs.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
