Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. You will move products from backrooms to shelves, use equipment like hand trucks, and maintain neat backrooms while building relationships with store staff.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, flexibility with schedules, and reliable attendance. A valid US driver license and access to transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years old and pass physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have car or access to multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Proof of insurance and valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness).
• Operate with minimal supervision.
