Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a motivated merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume stores. You will travel between multiple store locations, operate equipment like pallet jacks, and maintain backroom organization. The role requires physical stamina, a valid U.S.

driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 20–45 lb cases. Excellent communication with store staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
