Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Kentucky to help shape the shopper experience. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities while delivering friendly customer service.

No prior experience required as training is provided; the role involves physical tasks and may include additional hours. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are available for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure accurate product placement and signage.
