Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks in-store merchandisers to build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to boost sales. You will work with store teams to meet shoppers' needs and ensure shelves are fresh and well-organized.

We offer wages of $14.00 per hour, opportunities for growth, and training. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs., have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
