Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a friendly in-store merchandising associate in Casper, WY to help shape the shopping experience. You will build displays, rotate products, and ensure shelves are stocked to meet shopper needs.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you will interact with customers and store managers, work flexible hours, and have growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing with customers.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps for product presentations.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to ensure fresh stock.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
