Job summary

Cordialsa USA is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed at assigned customer locations in Lowell, MA. The role focuses on in-store execution, merchandising standards, and maintaining a strong product presence to support sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You will identify display opportunities, implement planograms, manage POS materials, and build relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Recent merchandising or sales experience preferred.
• CPG industry experience helpful.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel to multiple stores within territory.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Cordialsa USA products according to company standards and performance objectives.
• Ensure proper product rotation and maintain products in saleable condition.
• Maintain shelves in stock, organized, and set according to SKU-to-tag accuracy.
• Execute promotional displays and pricing as directed.
• Monitor and report out-of-stock conditions and inventory levels.
• Accurately document store visit activities.
• Take photos of displays and in-store execution as required.
• Communicate pricing discrepancies and inventory concerns to Sales Representatives.
• Build professional relationships with store management and key decision-makers.
• Follow established route schedules and standard operating procedures.
