Cordialsa USA is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed at assigned customer locations in Lowell, MA. The role focuses on in-store execution, merchandising standards, and maintaining a strong product presence to support sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You will identify display opportunities, implement planograms, manage POS materials, and build relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• Recent merchandising or sales experience preferred.
• CPG industry experience helpful.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and travel to multiple stores within territory.

Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring Cordialsa USA products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed at assigned customer locations. This role focuses on in-store execution, merchandising standards, and maintaining a strong product presence to support overall sales performance while delivering excellent customer service.

In this role the retail merchandiser identifies display opportunities, secures secondary placements, implements planograms according to company standards, and ensures the proper use of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise Cordialsa USA products according to company standards and performance objectives
• Ensure proper product rotation and maintain products in saleable condition
• Maintain shelves in stock, organized, and set according to SKU-to-tag accuracy
• Execute promotional displays and pricing as directed

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of sales, merchandising, or customer service experience
• Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience preferred
• Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience a plus

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Physically able to lift, bend, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs (occasionally over 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to service multiple store locations within assigned territory
• Flexible schedule required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
