Job summary

American Greetings seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service stores on an assigned Fairbanks, AK route, maintaining product displays and backroom organization. You will work independently, manage schedules, and communicate with store management to ensure timely replenishment of greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items.

No prior experience is required as we provide training, with opportunities for increased hours around holidays and progression in pay over the first year.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet for job updates

Responsibilities

• Service assigned retail locations with merchandising and inventory tasks
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom organization
• Communicate with store management about service and schedule questions
• Build relationships with store associates during daytime retail hours
• Be available for extended hours leading up to major holidays
• Assist with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly
