Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in New Castle, PA to ensure client brands are well represented at Walmart through strong product availability and effective merchandising. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta in your assigned store.

Shifts begin between 6am and 9am with coverage across Sunday–Saturday; Full-Time requires 5 days (Tue, Fri), Part-Time 2–4 days (Tue, Fri).

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Access to reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work across Sunday–Saturday; days depend on location.
• Full-Time: at least 5 days a week (Tue, Fri required).
• Part-Time: 2-4 days (Tue, Fri required).
• Start between 6am–9am; work 6am–6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in backroom; stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on shelves; receive and transport coupons and signage.
• Be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device and navigate multiple apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients at Walmart stores; partner with store management.
