Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC seeks a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, stock coolers, and move products from backroom to the sales floor. The role includes accurately ordering product for the next delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities cover merchandising, promotions, signage, and maintaining customer relations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.

• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.

Merchandiser Role Overview

Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point‑of‑sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
