Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in the Carolinas and surrounding states. You will stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage backroom organization to support daily sales.

You will collaborate with store teams, execute promotions, and ensure accurate product orders and clean displays. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are typically required, with strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

Merchandiser Role Overview

Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, backroom organization, and moving products from backroom to sales floor. Accurately orders product for the next delivery.
