About the Role

Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Menifee, CA, and surrounding areas. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Completing projects at major retail stores within your assigned territory.
2. Ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
3. Representing global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
4. Working up to 20 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings required.
5. Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
6. Submitting same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each store visit.

• Wage: $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within your territory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Must have internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled device. Laptop/desktop is a plus.
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
