• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: 5-15 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. No weekends or evenings.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours with larger regions or travel.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each visit.
• Compensation: $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
• Technical Projects: Higher rates based on project needs.
• Employment Type: W2 with bi-weekly pay and direct deposit.
• Benefits: Optional 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or retail experience preferred.
• Versatility: Ability to handle various merchandising tasks within the territory.
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence & Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Technology: Internet, basic hand tools, Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled device with latest OS; laptop/desktop is a plus.
• Travel: Valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle, and ability to use it for work.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
