Position Details

Location: FL - ESTERO

Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Estero, FL 33928, and surrounding areas, to enhance the retail experience through product displays and maintenance.

Responsibilities

1. Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
2. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
3. Report store visits with digital surveys, feedback, and pictures.

Schedule & Compensation

• Up to 28 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings.
• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour for general merchandising projects; higher rates for technical projects.
• Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit, optional 401(k), travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within territory.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• Internet access, basic tools, and a GPS-enabled device required.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
