Job summary

ActionLink, Llc is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to support Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to install, maintain, and troubleshoot client displays, ensuring proper placement and presentation to maximize sales.

The role offers 32–40 hours per week with weekday hours, no weekends or evenings. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independent work with occasional teamwork when needed.
• Access to the internet and a handheld tool; a smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS is required; a laptop/desktop is a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits at major retailers within an assigned radius (e.g., Best Buy, Walmart, Target).
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client displays to drive sales.
• Represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, etc.
• Schedule: 32–40 hours per week; hours vary with no weekends/evenings; Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:00pm typical.
• Opportunity to cover larger regions or travel for additional hours.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our team for Cincinnati, OHand the surrounding area.

What you will do:

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and others within an assigned radius territory
• Purpose: To turn shelves into sales magnets and drive revenue by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our clients' promotional product displays
• Clients: Represent innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and many others
• Scheduling: This position offers 32-40hours per week. Project hours and times fluctuate, so flexibility Monday through Friday typically between 7:00am to 4:00pm is necessary for the position. No weekends or evening hours required.
• Additional Opportunities: If you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states, there may be opportunities for additional hours
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit

• Retail Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility: Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: Access to the internet, basic hand-held tools, and a smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS capability. Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus.
• Travel Ability: A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
