Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to perform product merchandising in large volume stores, stocking shelves, rotating products, and setting up displays. You will move items between backrooms and shelves, use hand trucks and pallet jacks, and maintain organized stock rooms.

The role requires lifting 20–45 pounds per case and regular field work across multiple stores with a consistent schedule. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds per case and move products as part of merchandising tasks.
• Regular, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
