Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a merchandise associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and support displays in large-volume stores across the Brunswick area. The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, moving stock between backrooms and sales floors, and operating hand trucks and pallet jacks.

Qualifying candidates will have access to a vehicle for multi-store routes, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to pass a physical capabilities test.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling).
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical capabilities test (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelves, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelf; transport between backroom and shelf.
• Use equipment to move products (U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Maintain neat back stock and communicate store issues to management.
• Build customer relationships at store level and ensure service during designated times.
