Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a labor-intensive Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large volume stores. You will transport products between backrooms and shelves, use hand trucks and pallet jacks, and ensure neat, well-lit displays and backrooms.

The role involves regular field work and a reliable schedule with potential for varied shifts. The position includes a retention bonus program for eligible employees in good standing with continuous service, and a starting wage

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 20–45 lb cases.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Deliver customer service and attend to customer needs.
