Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey team is seeking a motivated Retail Merchandiser to support in-store merchandising at our Waverly, OH location. You will help ensure shelves are stocked, displays are fresh, and shoppers’ needs are met through attentive service and collaboration with store staff.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• 18 years or older; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
