Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to manage stocking, merchandising, rotation, and displays in assigned stores. The role may include placement of permanent POS materials and inventory counting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with computer programs related to the job.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Decision making, thoroughness and time management are a must, with valid driver license.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and restock displays and shelves.
• Rotate stock by expiration dating and ensure POS is visible.
• Build displays and distribute promotional materials as needed.
• Assist with cooler resets and organize back stock and storage areas.
• Handle pallets safely and ensure proper product rotation in coolers and displays.
• Break down orders promptly and maintain orderly backrooms and trash disposal.
