Job summary

Store & Supply is seeking a dependable merchandiser to build and maintain off-premise product displays, rotate stock, and ensure shelves are neat and appealing. You will work under department managers, coordinate with drivers and sales reps, and assist with resets while maintaining POS materials.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, minimal experience accepted, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work 3 weekdays and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with storeowner or manager for merchandise instructions while promoting a positive relationship with store management.
• Displays merchandise to satisfy customer’s needs, emphasizes selling points such as quality and quantity.
• Places new merchandise on display.
• Organizes back room to be neat, clean, and to customers’ satisfaction.
• Repairs damaged packages and replaces on shelf or cooler for customer.
• Monitors shelf tags to ensure up-to-date sale tags, especially on Sundays.
• Takes inventory of stock and reports low volumes and out-of-stock situations.
• Assists with resets as needed.
• Maintains current and themed POS to ensure maximum account coverage.
• Works as a team with delivery drivers and Sales Representatives to provide best possible customer service.
• Completes safety and job skill training per Department Managers satisfaction.
