L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States. We distribute over 40,000 items, including cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA, and more, through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey, and Nevada.

We are seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to service retail stores such as Albertson, Safeway, Cub Foods, Hy-Vee, and Kroger across various locations in the West, Central, and East Coast regions.

Position Details

Location: Denver, CO | Wheat Ridge, CO

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Essential Job Functions

• Service store routes as per assigned call frequencies, collaborating with the District Manager
• Place inventory orders using a company tablet and Repsly software, following store guidelines
• Perform store visits including merchandising, stock replenishment, and completing task forms with photos
• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, policies on invoicing, exchanges, and returns
• Understand planograms and department footage, balancing sales and inventory control

Additional Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with store staff during visits
• Verify merchandise shipments upon receipt
• Clean and organize displays and shelves
• Conduct store surveys and audits, including photography of departments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Potential to service additional stores based on business needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.; retail or merchandising experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
• Own vehicle required
• Clean motor vehicle record with no more than three violations in the past 36 months
• Smartphone or computer with internet access
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
