Overview

Retail Merchandiser

SPAR is expanding its Part-Time Retail Merchandiser team in your area. As a SPAR Merchandiser, you will be part of a leading company that offers excellent support in the industry. The merchandising work is scheduled around a client’s preferred time windows rather than fixed hours, providing you with a flexible schedule. Your responsibilities include servicing various products, conducting resets, product cut-ins, returns, POP placement, and other merchandising activities. We offer ongoing part-time work servicing diverse clients and retailers with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with Site or Department Manager to review service objectives
• Locate and set up displays
• Remove old products from displays
• Complete full inventory and scanning
• Validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms
• Maintain quality standards by following company procedures
• Travel between stores as needed, managing setup, displays, and promotions
• Complete call forms and upload photos of completed work

Qualifications:

• Merchandising and/or retail experience
• Availability during weekday daytime hours
• Ability to understand plan-o-grams
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Internet access with an active email address
• Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) for wireless reporting
• Report work completion on the same day of service
• Reliable transportation; some travel required
