Retail Merchandiser

SPAR is growing and we are expanding our Part Time Retail Merchandiser team in your area. As a SPAR Merchandiser, you will be with the leaders in the business that provides the best support in the industry. Most of the merchandising work performed for our clients is scheduled around a client’s window of time rather than specific hours, allowing you to enjoy a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include servicing various products, conducting resets, product cut-ins, returns, POP placement, and other general merchandising activities. We offer part-time, ongoing work servicing a wide variety of clients/retailers for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with Site or Department Manager to review service call objectives
• Locate displays and remove old products
• Complete full inventory and scanning
• Validate product stocking, merchandising, and display systems using planograms
• Maintain quality standards
• Travel between stores managing setup, displays, and promotions
• Complete call forms and upload photos

Qualifications

• Merchandising or retail experience
• Availability during weekday daytime hours
• Ability to understand plan-o-grams
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
• Internet access with an active email
• Smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS) for wireless reporting
• Ability to report work completion on the same day
• Reliable transportation; some travel involved
