Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Chicago's south suburbs is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate inventory and build displays according to account requirements. You’ll support sales consultants and ensure point-of-sale materials are in place, aligning with retailer needs and BBG guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, the ability to multitask, strong communication and customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a timely and accurate call schedule.
• Follows merchandising processes for each retailer.
• Ensures POS materials are placed on shelves and displays.
• Rotates product and builds/displays installations.
• Stocks shelves to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinates product resets when needed.
• Establishes rapport with key account contacts.
• Provides feedback to accounts and BBG contacts.
• Develops industry, channel, and brand knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
