Job summary

CART Solutions is hiring for day shift merchandising positions in the Hoover area with daily starts at 5 AM and 6-10 hour shifts. The role involves traveling to multiple nearby locations (Hoover, Bessemer, Helena and surrounding Birmingham) up to 40 miles.

We offer weekly scheduling, mileage reimbursement, paid sick time, next-day access to earned wages, referral bonuses, and benefits. Must be 18+, able to stand 6-10 hours, reliable transport.

CALLING ALL EARLY BIRDS!

• Day Shift: FIRM start 5 AM ; Variable end times: 6 - 10 Hour Shifts, Typically 5am start time
• Schedule: up to 4 days per week ; Monday - Thursday
• Locations: Each day will bring new adventures & locations. You MUST be able to work up to 40 miles around the Hoover area. Locations can include, but not limited to: Hoover, Bessemer, and Helena and the surrounding Birmingham areas

• Must be at least 18 years of age, Legally authorized to work in the US
• Can take and submit photos with internet access; Bring small hand held tool set (screwdriver, tape measure, box cutter)
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, for 6-10 hours, lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation covering 30 mile radius or more
• MUST work all grocery dept.
• Proficiency in using Planograms (POG) is essential for completing remodels and resets
• No degree needed
