Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an entry-level in-store merchandising teammate in California to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help maintain inventory while offering friendly service.

No prior experience required; training provided. You should be reliable, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working with store management. Opportunities for growth exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of performing physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Be a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently but also contribute to a team.
• Maintain safety-forward mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
