Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking individuals to support in-store merchandising and shopper engagement. You will help build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales for our retail partners.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with 18+ eligibility and a focus on reliable, friendly customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also able to contribute to a team.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
