Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and managing shelf resets. You will help maximize sales opportunities while engaging customers in a friendly, energetic manner.

Training is provided and no prior experience is required. Eligible candidates should be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
